Bob Allard. Originally from the New England area, I've now lived in Arizona for almost 12 years. Being a graduate from North Texas State University in Denton, TX with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and Marketing, I began a career in sales, intent on proving that good sales people can make a positive difference!
My 25 years of sales, marketing, and management, have served me well in a career as a corporate manager, business owner, and real estate agent. Solving problems through persistence, creative thinking, and a general 'get it done' attitude, means that the customer/you, is always in 'first place'.
No matter what it takes, when it has to be done, or where I have to go (kind like the pony express!), you can be sure of a successful completion to the challenge.
My greatest asset is my family, my biggest joy, comes from helping others successfully achieve their goals. Working with people as I do, not only in real estate but in other areas of life like 'The First Tee of Phoenix', (a not for profit) dedicated to teaching children life skills through the game of golf, provides me tremendous satisfaction and balance in life.

Sandy Zabinski obtained her initial real estate license in Arizona in 1987. She was the Senior Sales Director for Continental Airlines prior to her retirement from her airline career of 25 years in 2001. She has been actively working with the broker of Sonoran Properties over the last 4 years and has continued taking educational classes through the Northern Arizona University partnership program with Scottsdale Community College where she has earned two degrees. She has completed numerous courses in selling, negotiating, effective presentations, and customer service and territory management. Her career has included top management positions within the airline industry, meeting and event planning industry, catering and hospitality industry and currently residential real estate. She is also involved in assisting in property management, administrative responsibilities in all facets of real estate and keeping current with technology.
